Pricing, answered
Who pays the per-ticket fee?
Up to you. Ticketing.to can absorb it on behalf of the organization, pass it through as a transparent ticketing fee, or split it. Whichever you choose, the patron sees the fee clearly — we never hide it.
Is hardware really included?
Yes. For community-marketplace deployments, we provision the POS terminals, scanners, and receipt printers your operation requires and ship them branded and pre-configured. Hardware refreshes are covered for the life of the contract.
What about payment processing rates?
Ticketing.to uses Stripe at platform rates. We do not mark up processing. Volume-based discounts negotiated by the community pass through directly to participating organizations.
Can we exit and take our data with us?
Always. Each organization owns its data. We provide deterministic exports of patron, order, donor, and engagement data, plus a documented schema. There are no exit fees.
What does onboarding look like for partner organizations?
Each partner gets a dedicated onboarding sprint: brand configuration, event-template migration, donor and patron sync, and a private rehearsal day. The host signs off before partners go live.
